Abstract
REFERENCE was made in NATURE (vol. xiv. p. 535) to the resolutions passed at the recent meeting of the Association of German Naturalists and Physicians at Hamburg, as to the establishment of zoologico-botanical stations on the German coast. The distinguished names of tbose appointed to draw up a memorandum, which is to be presented to the Imperial Chancellor, the Bundesrath, and the Governments of the several States of the Empire, will no doubt be of the greatest service in securing success to a scheme so universally approved of by all students of biology.
