Abstract

WE are informed that the whole of the large and valuable collection of Natural History specimens procured by Signor D'Albertis during his recent travels in New Guinea has been purchased by the Italian Government, and that Signor D'Albertis himself will shortly return to the same island to continue his t esearches, which have already proved so important.
