The article by Oliver et al. contributes to our understanding of the management of stage I seminoma, and is based on the hypothesis that, since cure rates of almost 100% are achievable in this patient group, clinical decisions should be based on the availability of different treatment modalities, patients' preferences, and treatment-related toxicity.
