Collagen injections for female stress urinary incontinence

While surgery remains the treatment of choice for female stress urinary incontinence, a recent multicenter randomized clinical trial has shown that collagen injections might be a viable alternative for patients in whom surgery is contraindicated. Six centers across Canada participated in the trial.
