Thrombotic thrombocytopaenic purpura

Thrombotic thrombocytopaenic purpura is an inherited or acquired disorder that results in thrombosis in the microvasculature. These thromboses can lead to end-organ failure, haemolytic anaemia, thrombocytopaenia and azotaemia.
