Lorrie LeJeune
Lorrie LeJeune is a Senior Editor at Nature Education, to which she brings a diverse background in science, technology, and publishing. Lorrie began her career in pharmaceutical product development, engineering the large-scale production of urokinase-type plasminogen activators in a genetically modified human kidney cell line. Her fascination with writing, editing, illustration and Macintosh computers eventually lead her into a career in publishing at the MIT Press, the University of Michigan Press, and O'Reilly Media, where she spent nearly nine years as a product manager and editor.
