Results of in vitro culture of blastocysts after exposure to 400 Rads of gamma radiation
Inner cell mass (ICM) cells from either wildtype (control) or Brca2 mutant mice (-/-) were either untreated or treated with 400 RAD of gamma radiation. Most mutant cells were unable to survive, thus resulting in a loss of the ICM cells in that treatment.
