(b) A representative H&E image from each of the four categories of Gleason scoring is shown. (c) Schematic diagram of the prostate tissue array slide used for DTP procedure. The array slide contains 60 tissue biopsies and each of the biopsy sections are 4 mum thick and 2 mm in diameter. The tissue samples are arranged in six columns (c, from left to right) and each column contain 10 sections (1–10, from top to bottom) and contain two representative needle biopsy sections from each patient.
