Kids can leave the can open
Warm cola might taste bad but at least it won't hurt you.
Concerned about the scientific veracity of his mother's instructions, 12-year-old Sam Griffel of Great Neck, New York, set out to investigate whether drinking from an opened, unrefrigerated can of cola could damage his health. Probably not, he told the annual meeting of the American Society for Microbiology in Orlando, Florida.
