Crystal structure of estrogen sulphotransferase

The structure of estrogen sulphotransferase has been solved in the presence of inactive cofactor PAP and substrate 17beta-estradiol. This structure reveals structural similarities between cytosolic sulphotransf erases and nucleotide kinases.
