EGFR and HER2 expression predict outcome of muscle-invading bladder cancers

Int J Radiat Oncol Biol Phys 62: 309–317 Elevated expression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and related family member HER2 is associated with adverse outcome in many tumor types, and data from pre-clinical and clinical trials have shown a therapeutic benefit from blocking the activity of these proteins.
