The Parkinson disease medications listed below could potentially confound the results of biochemical tests for pheochromocytoma:
- Dopamine agonists, such as bromocriptine and apomorphine
- Levodopa
- Monoamine oxidase inhbitors, such as selegiline and rasagiline
- Catechol-O-methyltransferase inhibitors, such as entacapone and tolcapone
- Clonidine
