Neurologists don't do windows

Some readers might be surprised to learn that neurology sprang from roots that were inextricably entwined with syphilis. Imagine the practice of Johns Hopkins' first neurologist, Henry Thomas, who cared for 1,200 patients with tabes dorsalis between 1888 and 1898.
