Dr Indranil Dasgupta, MD DM FRCP, is a Consultant in Renal Medicine at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, Birmingham, UK. He is also a Clinical Hypertension Specialist for the European Society of Hypertension. Dr Dasgupta's particular interests include hypertension, chronic kidney disease and predialysis care.

Hugh C Rayner

 

Dr Hugh C Rayner, MD FRCP DipMedEd, is a Consultant in Renal Medicine and Medical Director (Medical Services) at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, Birmingham, UK. He is a UK Country Co-Investigator for the Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study. Dr Rayner's particular interests include chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy and service redesign. He is author of the chapter in Comprehensive Clinical Nephrology entitled 'An Approach to Renal Replacement Therapy'.
