Long-term use of aspirin and NSAIDs reduces the risk of colorectal cancer
Abstract

JAMA 294: 914–923 A prospective cohort study involving 82,911 female participants has shown that regular long-term use of aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) reduces the risk of colorectal cancer.
