Tumorigenesis: A marked CARD
Abstract
The activated B-cell-like (ABC) subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the least curable form of this non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Survival of ABC DLBCL cells is dependent on the constant activation of the nuclear factor κB (NFκB) pathway, mediated in part by the cytoplasmic scaffolding protein CARD11.
