Following publication of the above paper, the author has identified an error on page 1494. The correct statement should read as follows:

Results of a three-way repeated measures MANOVA on the whole sample of patients demonstrated no significant effect of order (off then on vs on then off), F(1, 14)=0.01, p=0.92, a significant main effect of drug status (on vs off), F(1, 14)=5.18, p<0.04, no interaction between order and test, F(16, 224)=0.14, p=1.00, and a significant interaction between drug status and test, F(16, 224)=9.34, p<0.001.

Although the F values were originally incorrect, the previously published p values were correct, resulting in no change to the published interpretation.
