The diamonds are from measurement and the line from theory. The reconstructions from different random starts fall within the plotted data points. The resolution by the Rayleigh criterion, which is the distance from the peak to the first minimum, is found to be 63plusminus2 nm. Note that the details in the sidelobes are accurately reconstructed.
