Abstract
Affinity reagents are an important part of the spectrum of methods available to study the complexity and dynamics of whole proteomes. In a paper published in this issue of Nature Methods, Rockberg and colleagues describe an experimental approach that addresses the need for high-throughput antibody characterization.
