The wild-type Grb2 or Grb2(pBpa111) was expressed together with the EGF receptor in CHO cells, either treated with EGF or not treated. Ab, antibody. (a) A 20-mug aliquot of the cell lysate was analyzed with the antibody against the EGF receptor. (bd) An immunoprecipitate with the anti-Flag antibody from 1.0 mg of the cell lysate was probed with antibodies against the EGF receptor (b), phospho-Tyr1068 (c) and the Flag tag (d).
