Mutation discovery in bacterial genomes: metronidazole resistance in Helicobacter pylori

We developed a microarray hybridization–based method, 'comparative genome sequencing' (CGS), to find mutations in bacterial genomes and used it to study metronidazole resistance in H. pylori.
