We would like to call attention to a mistake in the December 2001 article by Zou et al.1, which dealt with the production of stromal cell–derived factor 1 (SDF-1) by tumor cells and the recruitment of precursor plasmacytoid dendritic cells (preDC2). This mistake appears throughout the article, in the abstract, results, figures and discussion.
