A new monoclonal antibody for the study of TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL)-mediated apoptosis is now available from Alexis Biochemicals. These receptor-specific antibodies to TRAIL-R1, -R2, -R3 and -R4 can be used for the analysis of cell lysates by western blotting and cell-surface studies using flow cytometry (FACS).
