Abstract
New Technology: Yummy siRNA Small interfering RNA (siRNA) technology has been touted in the drug development field for its potential to silence its targets with high specificity—but the approach has been hampered by its poor oral availability. Myriam Aouadi et al. now overcome this limitation, efficiently silencing the expression of inflammatory genes with newly formulated siRNA particles (Nature 458, 1180–1185).
