Arrestin NK cell cytotoxicity

Natural killer (NK) cells mediate innate immune surveillance of infected and transformed cells. In their cytoplasm, NK cells contain abundant granules filled with cytolytic proteins that, after activation, are released toward susceptible cells and induce the death of target cells.
