New niches for B cells
Abstract
Bone marrow occupies the medullary cavities of bones throughout the skeleton. Diverse lineages of blood cells, including B cells and their precursors, arise from common hematopoietic stem cells and develop in a complex microenvironment in the densely cellular spaces in the bone marrow.
