Immunological outreach through positive selection
Abstract
It is commonly asserted that science education in the United States is less effective than is desirable for both civic and economic reasons. For example, a story from the Associated Press has indicated that the average science and math scores for American 15-year-old students are below the overall average for the 20 industrialized countries that participate in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
