  • A highly commendable and positive move by WHO and the US government. It will not only improve the standard of African labs, but also help to keep the well qualified pathologists and talented researchers to remain in their home countries eventually. This is an exemplary step forward for Africans to ameliorate themselves. (tanboontee)
