  • We all look forward to the day when NASA's $5-billion science division makes scientific integrity its number one (#1) priority. - Oliver K. Manuel, http://www.omatumr.com

  • I urge Dr. Weiler to use his new position to find out if a.) Our model of an IRON SUN is "crackpot science", as NASA's Dr. David Hathaway told a UPI reporter in 2002 http://www.omatumr.com/upi2002.html , or if b.) NASA's model of a HYDROGEN SUN is evidence of long-standing incompetence in our space agency.

  • Come on, Dr. Weiler, we know that you and your press relations folks have seen these comments. Please use this public forum of scientists to tell us why NASA and federal research agencies (DOE, NSF, etc.) gave the following misinformation to the public as scientific facts: 1.) CO2 from the tail pipes of our economic engines caused global warming. 2.) Earth's climate is immune from cyclic changes seen in sunspots and solar activity. 3.) Earth enjoys a constant heat source - steady fusion of hydrogen (H) into helium (He) at the core of a giant ball of hydrogen - the Sun. [In other words, this occurs now in the Sun's core: 4 H --> He + 2 Solar Neutrinos.] 4.) The Solar Neutrino puzzle is solved! We see only 35% of the expected number of Solar Neutrinos [I.e., the data says that 4 H --> He + 0.7 Solar Neutrinos], so we claim that measurements confirm our model of a hydrogen-filled Sun and report that the missing 1.3 Solar Neutrinos magically "oscillated away" before they reached our detectors. What is the motive for giving such fairy tales to the public as "scientific facts?" Straight answers are needed now, before the world economy unreavels further. With kind regards, Oliver K. Manuel, Emeritus Professor of Nuclear Chemistry, http://www.omatumr.com

  • I predict that Dr. Weiler will soon face an enormous PR challenge when the public discovers that the world economy is in a tailspin because these four supposed "scientific facts" are demonstrability false and in conflict with experimental data: (-1-) CO2 from the tail pipes of our economic engines caused global warming. (-2-) Earth's climate is immune from the cyclic changes seen in sunspots and solar activity. (-3-) Hydrogen fusion in the Sun bathes Earth in a steady flow of heat. (-4-) Solar neutrinos from H-fusion in the Sun magically oscillate away before they reach our detectors. - Oliver K. Manuel
