I do think these ambitious plans would be successful. Gathering solar and wind energy in the Gobi desert they'll fulfil their plans, moreover they could create oasis and build up-to-date towns in this uncrowded district
It will be very difficult to achieve this ambitious goals,anyway,the increase of nuclear and renewable energy will improve our enviroment.
I was dismayed to see biofuels listed among the options. it is already clear that biofuel production reduces food and water security, both vital to China, as well as releasing, through habitat destruction and through the energy input into crop production, more carbon dioxide than the fossil fuel it replaces.
