  • Oh, that's horrible. They're in captivity, so act like they're in captivity. No camera in the cave? That's just poor design.

  • Rejection of cubs has now happened three times. The zoo keepers need to investigate. It's possible that captivity has caused the polar bears to be so emotionally unbalanced so that they don't respond to normal instinct. If such is the case, we should perhaps consider that keeping polar bears in captivity should be prohibited. Some animals do well in captivity, some do not.

  • It's obvious that some of the staff need replacing. Incompetence can come in many forms and not losing more little lives should be paramount.
