Solar sell
Solar panels going cheap.
Colorado State University in Fort Collins says that a spin-off company started by one of its professors could employ up to 500 people to make solar panels that will “dramatically reduce” the price of solar power. AVA Solar will make the panels from glass coated with a film of cadmium telluride, a technology developed by Walajabad Sampath, a mechanical engineer at the university.
