Drug eases cravings for food and cigarettes
Pill seems best yet for obesity and nicotine addiction.
A drug that blocks a cellular pathway involved in cravings could help people quit smoking and lose weight.
That's the promise of experts who announced the results of a trial at the European Society of Cardiology's annual meeting in Munich, Germany, on 29 August.
