Bone marrow stem cells help mend broken hearts
Human trials yield promising results
Stem cell therapy might help repair ailing hearts, a clinical trial suggests.
Researchers harvested stem cells from patients with cardiac failure, and then transplanted the cells into their damaged hearts.
