Healthier milk straight from the cow
Cows fed rapeseed yield spreadable butter.
Cows fed a diet rich in rapeseed yield healthier milk, and butter that can be spread straight from the fridge, research reveals.
The dairy products contain lower levels of saturated fats, which have been linked to heart disease and obesity, and higher levels of unsaturated fats, which may help to decrease cholesterol.
