United Nations climate meeting begins in Milan
Clean development and carbon sinks set to dominate COP9 policy agenda.
The ninth meeting of the Parties to the United Nations Climate Change Convention (COP9) opens in Milan today. Running until 12 December, it will be the biggest so far, with 4,000 delegates.
