Continuing controversy marks
Spill's biological impact will take years to emerge fully.
One year after the oil tanker Prestige sank off the Spanish coast, controversy still surrounds the effects of the spill, and the Spanish government's policy for dealing with it.
The ship shed about 60,000 tonnes of her 77,000-tonne cargo - 60% more than originally estimated.
