Chemistry Nobel crosses the spectrum
Trio scoop prize for shedding light on protein identity and structure.
In the wake of the genomic revolution, the new buzzword is proteomics - studying the diversity of proteins produced by living cells. This year's Nobel Prize in Chemistry goes to three researchers who helped to develop two of this field's key tools.
