Abstract
Par-3/Baz, Par-6, and aPKC are evolutionarily conserved regulators of cell polarity, and overexpression experiments implicate them as axon determinants in vertebrate hippocampal neurons. Here we examined their mutant and overexpression phenotypes in Drosophila melanogaster.
