Dr Scardino is the Editor-in-Chief of Nature Clinical Practice Urology, Chairman of the Department of Urology at Sidney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers, and Florence and Theodore Baumritter/Enid Ancell Chair of Urologic Oncology, Memorial Sloan–Kettering Cancer Center, New York. His major research interests include markers of prognosis in prostate cancer and surgical methods for improved outcome.
