This article introduces a new ANTIMUSCARINIC agent, recently approved by the FDA for treatment of OAB. The study design is of high quality and similar to that of other recent randomized controlled trials in OAB. It should be noted that this double-blind, placebo-controlled trial is actually a study of urge incontinence, as a minimum of seven incontinence episodes per week was a selection criterion.
