Test results from two further cases of pheochromocytoma presenting with cyclic attacks of hypertension alternating with hypotension (SL Kobal, unpublished data). These values suggest that patient 1 had a primarily epinephrine-secreting tumor, whereas patient 2 had a tumor that predominantly secreted norepinephrine.
