Sergio L Kobal

SL Kobal is Director of the Cardiac Stress Test Unit at Soroka University Medical Center, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel. His research interests include the use of portable cardiac ultrasound devices for cardiovascular disease screening in areas of the world where access to echocardiography is limited or nonexistent.

Esther Paran

E Paran is a Professor of Medicine at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Director of the Hypertension Unit at Soroka University Medical Center. Her research interests include the effects of hypertension on cognitive status.

Aamer Jamali

A Jamali is a Senior Cardiologist at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, USA. His research covers various aspects of treating patients with heart failure.

Solly Mizrahi

S Mizrahi is a Professor of Medicine at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Director of the Surgery Department A at Soroka University Medical Center. His research is focused on the use of laparoscopic procedures as an alternative to conventional surgery.

Robert J Siegel

RJ Siegel is Director of the Noninvasive Cardiology Department at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research is focused on the use of ultrasound to enhance intracoronary thrombolysis.

Jonathan Leor

J Leor is an Associate Professor of Cardiology at Tel-Aviv University and Director of the Neufeld Cardiac Research Institute at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel-Hashomer, Israel. From 1995–2000 he was Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at Soroka University Medical Center. His research currently focuses on the development of molecular and cell-based approaches to improve tissue repair after infarction.
