Instructions for manipulating compounds in three dimensions:

For a full menu of options:

Click the right mouse button (control + click on a Mac).

To zoom in or out:

Shift + click and hold the left mouse button (shift + click on a Mac).

To rotate compounds in 3D:

click and hold the left mouse button (click on a Mac).

To rotate compounds in the plane of the screen:

Shift + click and hold the right mouse button.

To move compounds in the plane of the screen:

Ctrl + click and hold the right mouse button.
