Abstract
siRNA nanoparticles, fully loaded Cyclin proteins drive cells through the different stages of the cell cycle and are therefore therapeutic targets for cancer. Though its function in inflammation and disease is unknown, cyclin D1 (CyD1) is strongly upregulated in both epithelial and immune cells such as leukocytes at inflammation sites in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs).
