Worming our way to the fountain of youth
Abstract
Many factors influence how quickly our bodies deteriorate toward a nonfunctional state—the process otherwise known as aging. These include whether or not you smoke, the quantity and quality of the food you eat, the amount of exercise you get and the number of sleepless nights caused by an impending tenure decision, for example.
