Smart drug discovery leveraging innovative technologies and predictive knowledge
Abstract
Recent scientific advances have translated into a vast resource of information to mine and analyze, ranging from three-dimensional structural repositories to databases of chemical and biological information. Among the most important milestones for drug discovery were the unveiling of the genome, proteome and key functionally related superfamilies of therapeutic targets.
