Computational chemistry: Binding better
Abstract
Protein 53 (p53) suppresses tumours within human cells and is negatively regulated by, among other things, the proteins hDM2 and hDMX. Some cancers can over-express these regulating proteins, resulting in uncontrolled cell proliferation.
