Nanofabrication: Trees served with a twist
Abstract
The properties of nanostructures are dictated by their size and morphology, so understanding and controlling their growth is crucial. Inorganic nanowires are usually synthesised using a metal nanoparticle catalyst that directs the growth in one dimension.
