Abstract
v-src is among the best-studied oncogenes, so it is rare for new elements of its signalling mechanism to be identified. There have been a number of hints that Src signalling intersects with that of the Rho family GTPase Cdc42 (refs 1, 2), but the functional significance of this relationship, particularly in the context of transformation, has not been established.
